Description: Banias National Park is located at the foot of Mount Hermon in the Golan Heights. It has the feel of a tiny version of Yosemite, with streams, waterfalls, and mountains. The streams and waterfalls are fed by the Banias spring, which pours out from the basaltic rocks that make up Mount Hermon’s jagged slopes. Here I have depicted one of the waterfalls fed by this spring.
